1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and MB888 ("Company", "we", "platform"). These Terms govern your use of the MB888 website accessible at mb888.life, including all services, features, and content available on it.

By performing any of the following actions — registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, playing any game, or simply browsing the MB888 website — you automatically and fully agree to comply with all terms set out herein.

2.3 One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) MB888 account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. This includes registrations using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details.

3User Account

3.1 Accurate Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and thereafter remains accurate, complete, and up to date. MB888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm the information provided. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, Malaysian phone number, and payment details.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your MB888 account password confidential. MB888 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence. Please report immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised or accessed without your authorisation.

3.3 KYC Verification

MB888 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any time, particularly when processing withdrawal requests exceeding RM 5,000 or where suspicious account activity is detected. Required documents may include a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or proof of address. Failure to comply with KYC requests may result in temporary account suspension.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

MB888 accepts deposits via Malaysia's supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and FPX online banking (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the member's own name.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• MB888 reserves the right to process withdrawals within 1–3 business days, subject to the account verification level.
• VIP members enjoy faster withdrawal processing, typically within 15–60 minutes.
• Any withdrawal attempt involving funds from a bonus that has not met the wagering requirements will be automatically rejected.

4.3 Third-Party Transactions

Deposits or withdrawals using a bank account or e-wallet belonging to a third party are strictly prohibited. Any breach of this rule may result in account suspension and a full investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by MB888 are subject to the specific terms stated in each promotional offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the wagering requirements of each bonus before claiming it.

5.2 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

• Welcome bonus: Wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6Game Rules

6.1 Game Fairness

All game outcomes are random and cannot be manipulated.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the MB888 platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:

1. Using bots, scripts, or any automated tools to play or place bets.
2. Collusion or unauthorised cooperation between players in table games or poker.
3. Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the MB888 system.
4. Use of another person's credit or debit card to make a deposit.
5. Identity fraud or the use of falsified documents during the KYC process.
6. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses repeatedly.
7. Any activity that may be considered money laundering through the MB888 platform.
8. Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at the support team or other players.

8Privacy & Personal Data

9Limitation of Liability

MB888's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10Account Termination

10.1 Termination by User

You may close your MB888 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email at support@mb888.life. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 business days. Any remaining balance will be returned to you once all withdrawal requirements have been met.

10.2 Termination by MB888

MB888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been violated. In cases of proven fraud or unlawful activity, MB888 reserves the right to forfeit all balances in that account.

11Amendment of Terms

MB888 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the MB888 website. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

12Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Should any dispute arise out of or in connection with these Terms, MB888 encourages resolution through mutual discussion as a first step.

If a resolution cannot be reached through this channel, both parties may refer the matter to a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism.
